Printing and finishing
One rule underneath all of this: nothing goes into production until you have seen a sample and approved the artwork.
| Option | Best for | Runs on |
|---|---|---|
| Single colour logo | Shop name, corporate logo, simple marks | Kraft, white, coloured paper |
| Multi colour | Logos with two or three brand colours | Kraft, white, coloured paper |
| Full colour | Photographs, gradients, detailed artwork | White and coated paper |
| All-over pattern | Gifting, festive retail, children’s products | Printed paper, any handle type |
| Screen print | Logos on reusable bags | Non-woven fabric |
Kraft paper is brown, so it shifts every colour printed on it. If exact brand colour matters, print on white paper or ask us for a sample on kraft first.
Artwork
What to send, so the first sample is the right one.
Get these four right and there is usually no second round.
- Vector artwork as AI, EPS, PDF or CDR, with fonts outlined. A raster file only works if it is 300 dpi at the final printed size.
- Bleed and margin. 3 mm bleed on every edge, and keep type at least 5 mm inside the trim so nothing gets cut.
- Colour references. Pantone numbers if you have them. A CMYK build alone will not match on kraft.
- Which panel. Say whether the print goes on one face or both, and how far from the top it should sit.
No artwork yet? Send the wording and we will typeset it. We set Marathi, Hindi and English in house, which is why wedding and event work is a large part of what we do.

Finishing
Finishes that change how the bag feels.
Uncoated kraft
The natural brown finish. Cheapest, recyclable, and the look most food and eco brands want.
Matte lamination
Soft and non-reflective, hides handling marks. The safe premium choice on rope handle bags.
Gloss lamination
High shine, makes colours stronger. Shows fingerprints on dark artwork.
Need foil, embossing or a specialist finish? Ask. If we cannot run it in house we will say so rather than promise it.
Sampling
Two ways to check before you commit.
Pick based on how important exact colour is to you.
Blank sample
An unprinted bag in your exact size, paper and handle. Confirms the construction, the feel and whether your product actually fits.
Printed sample
Your artwork printed on the real bag. This is the one to approve if colour accuracy matters.
Send your artwork with the enquiry.
Paste a link to the file in the quote form and we will review it before we price the job.
